Start to visit Angkor Thom - the last capital of the Angkorian empire, South Gate- the cardinal point gate related to Jayavaraman VII's royal palace area, Bayon Temple - the giant stone faces of Bayon have become to classic Khmer art and architecture, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King - they're believed to be the royal ground of Angkor Thom palace and Taprohm - see the massive fig and silk cotton trees grow from the towers and corridors. |
