Travel & Tour Conditions - Please read carefully


  Reservation and Confirmation  
All Reservations should be made by your travel agency or BML Travel and subjected to availability at the time of booking. For any tour's price or itinerary of the programme is only an estimated and will be written to confirm of the reservation before departure.


 Tour Prices
All the tour prices are quoted net in Thai Baht. The prices of each programme usually include accommodation, transportation and tour unless any other indicated, and generally exclude international airfare, visa fee, airport tax, any meal which is not listed, laundry, beverages, porterage at the airport, excess baggage fee, optional excursion, and personal spending such as tips, gifts, etc.

 Payment Procedure
Full payment is required after confirmation accepted prior to departure, our reservation officer will settle term of payment in advance if we did not receive the tour payment by the due dates, we are reserved the right to cancel the reservation and all tour programs.

 Cancellation and Refundable
Cancellation fees may also apply to any services reserved prior to, during and after the tour. Refundable charges will be imposed by the airline, local services contractor and hotels due to cancellation notice is given in advance, there will be no refund once the tour commence.

BML Travel & Tours Co.,Ltd. is an agent for the person or companies, making arrangements for tour services, including transportation, sightseeing and accommodation. All references to company include its and employees. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or joint ventures with the company or its affiliates. The Company does not accept an affiliate liability for any damage, delay, loss ( including personal injury, death and property loss), additional expenses or other events which are beyond company control and not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipments or industrial actions.

 Holidays
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museum, temple, sightseeing tour and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible .
